Since 2010, Franz & Wach Personalservice GmbH has consistently trained personnel service clerks. Most of the trainees continue their career at Franz & Wach after graduation.
The Training program for personnel service clerks (PDK) was offered for the first time in 2008. The job description includes all activities related to personnel management. A personnel services clerk helps people find jobs, advises employers on recruitment, supervises employees in their assignments and checks working conditions on site at companies. The activity is very diverse and every day you experience something new. The people who fulfill this profession with enthusiasm are correspondingly versatile. They should be just as enthusiastic about people management as they are about sales or proper management. In the Berufenet of the employment agency there is also a Film introducing the profession.
At Franz & Wach, we recognized early on that the PDK apprenticeship program offers the opportunity to train junior managers and provide them with the industry-specific knowledge they need for a career in the world's most exciting industry. To ensure that our trainees get the best possible development opportunities, there are at Franz & Wach accompanying the dual training program of the vocational schools still additional seminars and workshops. With the "Trainee Insights"The trainees have the opportunity to get to know central departments such as marketing, key account management and accounting over a period of several weeks. With our "Trainee days"They receive valuable impulses from external trainers, who focus in particular on promoting social skills.
In the past few days, our trainee had Laura Wolf (photo above: center) took her final exams. She passed them with flying colors, as she did her entire apprenticeship. Because of her good grades, the duration of her training was shortened to 2.5 years. Managing Director Andreas Nusko and training officers Selina Stadtmüller congratulated her on completing her training. Ms. Wolf will remain with the Feuchtwangen branch team in the future, but now in the role of team assistant with expanded tasks and greater area of responsibility.
Apprenticeships are offered by various Franz & Wach branches. At September 2018 are Apprenticeships in Crailsheim and Bad Mergentheim to be filled. More information about Franz & Wach as Employer and to our PDK training you will find on our Career site.
