Unusual times require unusual measures! Even in the Corona crisis, Franz & Wach is there for applicants, employees and customers!

Since March 13 at the latest, when schools were closed in many German states, society in Germany has also felt the harsh grip of the Corona pandemic. Since then, one bad news follows the other. Authorities, companies and associations are taking a wide variety of measures to slow the spread of COVID-19 infections. Everyone is feeling the restrictions. At the same time, however, life is to go on and the "system" is to be maintained.

The most important rule of conduct in the pandemic is: "Reduce personal contact as far as possible, keep a safe distance and simply observe hygiene rules!"This automatically reduces the transmission possibilities for the virus and thus slows down its spread.

Franz & Wach takes these rules to heart, but at the same time must ensure that our employees can continue to go to work. Many of our customers belong to the "systemically important companies" that provide people with the important things in life, even in times of crisis. Many farms even have to just in this period additional personnel adjust. Therefore also the Applicant Search continue in times of crisis.

In order to reconcile branch operations and the search for applicants with the basic rules of pandemic prevention, we have among other things following measures seized:

  1. Our stores have closed the doors to general visitor traffic.
  2. Most concerns are now only handled by phone or email.
  3. Visitors are now only received by appointment.
  4. Only one visitor is allowed in the store at a time.
  5. A disinfectant dispenser is placed in the entrance of each store.
  6. Quarantine areas have been set up in the stores. The visitor is only allowed to stay here.
  7. The quarantine area is cleaned/disinfected after each visitor.
  8. Applicant and employee interviews take place primarily on the phone or via video call.
  9. Meetings are conducted by telephone or web conferencing.
  10. Suppliers are no longer received.
  11. Customer appointments are also reduced to absolutely necessary dates.
  12. For job interviews, the possibility of applying via WhatsApp video call was created.

Further measures will follow. We are learning every day. And we are getting better every day. Together we will overcome the Corona crisis!
