Dr. Wessendorf genießt den Ausblick über Crailsheim in seinem neuen Büro

The company Franz & Wach Personalservice GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of the international Job&Talent Group, has successfully completed its move to new, centrally located offices in Crailsheim.

The move marks a significant step for the company, which, despite being part of a global group of companies with a turnover of over USD 2 billion and more than 350,000 external employees, retains its close ties to Crailsheim. The new offices in the center of Crailsheim are in keeping with the group's self-image as a young and dynamic company. The central urban location should not only strengthen local ties, but also improve access to talent that can benefit from the better infrastructure. "We hope that the new location will give us better access to qualified employees who will strengthen our central team and appreciate the benefits of the city's infrastructure," says Dr. Christoph Wessendorf, Managing Director of Franz & Wach.

The new headquarters will support the 24 branches throughout Germany, where the company offers first-class personnel services to almost 500 customers and looks after external employees. "We want to continue to drive forward the expansion of our company and will increasingly focus on metropolitan regions and consolidate our branch network in some locations. We are currently planning two major expansion initiatives that are to be implemented this year," explains authorized signatory Frank Heinemann.

The new premises offer an impressive view over the rooftops and towers of Crailsheim as well as the Jagst river. The move not only involved modernization, but also a fresh design with transparent meeting rooms and bright colors. "It is important for us to communicate openly and directly as a team and to enable full transparency. Our open offices are designed to promote exactly that," emphasizes Daniele Lombardo, Head of Internal Services, who developed and implemented the new office concept.

However, new customer acquisition, the development of modern recruitment channels and candidate marketing are also high on the agenda at the new head office. "We want to bring new approaches to our core markets, but also tap into new markets, such as the increasing focus on skilled workers. Here, our many years of know-how in the regional markets is perfectly complemented by the technical expertise of the Job&Talent Group - the best of both worlds!" says authorized signatory Steffen Behrendt. The Job&Talent Group is going its own way here and has already launched its own app for recruiting employees as well as shift and attendance management in the core markets of the USA, Spain and the UK - with strong results in terms of recruitment speed, fill rate and attendance. This solution will also be available in Germany in the future and will be operated from Crailsheim.

The move is now complete and the finishing touches have been made. All employees have moved into their new workplaces and are delighted with the new view and the central location. With this move, Franz & Wach is reaffirming its close ties to Crailsheim while positioning itself perfectly for future growth and the recruitment of new talent. The company is confident about the future and looks forward to continuing its success as an important part of Crailsheim's economy.
