With over 35 percent sales growth Franz & Wach was once again the company with the strongest growth of all personnel service providers in the previous year. This is the result of a recently published study by the management consulting company Lünendonk stand out. The fact that we were already awarded this rank in 2014, as the Staffing Industry Analysts determined, shows that it is a clear trend upwards and by no means a short-term phenomenon.
A key driver of this development is the recently generated and successfully occupied Large ordersthat Franz & Wach fulfills for its customers. Our core competencies are the expertise we have acquired over many years in handling personnel requirements of this magnitude as well as in the execution of strategic personnel services such as Master Vendor and On-Site Management. Equally decisive are our flexibility, with which we adapt our personnel services specifically to the requirements of our client companies, and our personnel selection, with which we find the most professionally and personally suitable employees for each position.
Managing Director Andreas Nusko therefore sees the company on the right track: "We have consistently pursued our growth targets and even exceeded them. We are very pleased with this result, as we have set ourselves the goal of becoming one of the top 25 in the industry within five years. We are continuing to work ambitiously towards this goal this year and have already been able to conclude further major contracts."
