Around 500 customers from all over Germany as well as thousands of employees rely on Franz & Wach Personalservice GmbH, because with its many years of experience and expertise, it provides first-class personnel services and is a popular employer. Despite more than 20 locations throughout Germany, proximity to people and the region always plays a major role. New, modern and contemporary management, flat hierarchies and the cohesion of the employees of the traditional company, which has strong roots in the region, are further indicators that a further step forward has been made possible since becoming part of the international Job&Talent Group with a turnover of over USD 2 billion and more than 350,000 external employees.
The likeable managing director Dr. Christoph Wessendorf is happy to allow his employees to bring their own dogs to work. It's not just the employees themselves who know that this boosts productivity as well as the working environment and atmosphere; "Chris" Wessendorf also knows this from his own experience with two trained dogs and as an experienced dog owner. With so much love for animals in the company, this year's Christmas miracle became an absolute affair of the heart.
As part of this year's motto "Make a wish!", the animal shelter also handed in its wish list. How fortunate that it found the right addressee and made for a happy present a few days before Christmas. During his visit to the shelter, Dr. Wessendorf spent a lot of time with the animals and the people who care so lovingly for the little four-legged friends. He was impressed by their selfless commitment. Rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and dogs are waiting in the shelter for a new, loving home. Claudia Hofmann (1st Chairwoman of the Crailsheim animal shelter) and her team are happy to accompany the adoptions of the four-legged friends and provide advice and support so that people and animals can be united here permanently and, above all, happily.
"They have our utmost respect for the important work they do here," said Dr. Wessendorf. However, he not only had words of praise in his luggage, but also two urgently needed cat traps, the long-awaited high-pressure cleaner and a desired wet/dry vacuum cleaner. Claudia Hofmann and her team were delighted - the work is now much easier.
