Since 2014, the Hamburg-based news magazine has had the best personnel service providers in Germany determined every year. For the survey, HR managers throughout Germany are asked which service providers they are familiar with and how they rate their work. Temporary employees and candidates are also asked about their experiences with the service providers. The surveys are conducted via the career network Xing and an online access panel took place.
