Head of Marketing Dr. Ralf Eisenbeiß is interviewed about the latest award

The exciting part of a gala usually takes place afterwards, when the guests talk about their long journey to the awards ceremony. This was also the case at the Top Employers Certification Dinnerwhich the managing director Heidrun Meder of CareerRadio.fm to interview our Marketing Manager and Press Spokesman Dr. Ralf Eisenbeiß.

This not only raised the question of why Franz & Wach was appointed to Top employer 2016 but also what we have improved compared to the previous year's award. Ralf Eisenbeiß described in particular our company's new self-image, our key business areas as a personnel service provider and the high importance of innovation management in an industry that never stands still. Above all, however, he showed that one factor remains unchanged at the center, namely the Man.
