Franz & Wach's first major trainee program started in August 2013. Three of the participants describe their experiences at the time and the further path they have taken at Franz & Wach.

Karriere: Trainee-Pioniere der ersten Stunde berichten
Patrick Elskamp, Franziska Kerl and Milan Pala started their careers at
Franz & Wach as trainees

Patrick Elskamp still remembers the intensive training phase he enjoyed as a trainee three years ago. After all, a logistics project of extraordinary size was on the agenda, and things got really exciting when he and his team hired and supervised up to 20 new employees for his customer every day for weeks on end.

With this formative experience, he managed to establish the then freshly founded Duisburg branch to become a fixture in the city in a short time. And he discovered his passion for sales, which means he now works as a Personnel consultant is also an important contact for companies in Duisburg.

In a very similar way Franziska guy her experience, as she too was a trainee recruiting hundreds of seasonal workers for the major project. She liked that, and in the follow-up position in the business unit she conveyed Culinary Recruiting then numerous specialists to companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Since the beginning of this year, she has now been pursuing a new direction and dedicating herself as a Assistant to the managementincreasingly strategic topics. At the same time, she brings her organizational talent to bear here and takes care of internal communication topics at Franz & Wach.

Milan Pala-Emmerich was so taken with his project experience at the time that his enthusiasm for assignments of this kind has never left him. Although he also very much enjoyed his work in the specialist and executive placement department following the trainee program, he was always on the road for other projects throughout Germany in parallel. It was then clear to him that he wanted to pursue this professionally.

As Operations Manager at Franz & Wach, he is now living this to the full. Whether it's large seasonal orders or setting up new branches - he brings his experience to bear everywhere. But he is by no means living out of a suitcase, because he regularly carries out another important area of responsibility, namely the cross-site implementation of new software products, at the Crailsheim headquarters.

You also have the opportunity to join Franz & Wach as a trainee or by other means. You can find out more on our careers website.
