No way back on the leadership model: The step over the Rubicon

date
19.08.2016

Why did the already successful company Franz & Wach decide to do everything differently? Management consultant Bianca Traber got to the bottom of this question and shows what makes us so unique in personnel services.

Kein Weg zurück beim Führungsmodell: Der Schritt über den Rubikon
The crossing of the Rubicon is considered a metaphor for a point at which
there is no turning back

"Crossing the Rubicon" colloquially means taking a gamble that simultaneously rules out turning back. Whoever does this obviously not only demonstrates courage, but also has a concrete drive, namely the Change for the better. Franz & Wach has gone down this path to grow as a company and to Temporary workbetter. In the process, far more has been changed than the way we do our daily work. The Company philosophy itself, which shapes this very daily thinking and acting, was faced with the greatest innovation in its history.

This bold step fascinated Bianca trotterwhich, as the owner of the Value-added factoryHR services company advises so much that she took on the topic in depth and wrote an entire blog series about it right away. Restructuring processes of this magnitude are anything but ordinary. In the interview with Managing Director Andreas Nusko and Head of Marketing Dr. Ralf Eisenbeiß, it becomes clear bit by bit what effort, but also what opportunities, lie in this renewal process. In the process, the dynamics of this development also become perceptible, because many characteristics that define us as a company today have only crystallized in the course of change.

You can find this and much more exciting in the blog series:
