The Master Vendor coordinated then the staffing of the ancillary suppliers and Reports to the customer about the progress. He also pulls the strings during the assignment. For example, he coordinates the assignments and provides replacements in the event of short-term absences. The personnel officer does not have to worry about anything here.

At the end of the month, the Master Vendor collects the Time logs of individual employees and suppliers. He creates overviews and usually also Performance logs. With these documents, it is easy for the personnel officer to keep track of the assignments.
