Franz & Wach is Top Employer for the third time in a row

The only temporary staffing company to be named a Top Employer in 2017 is Franz & Wach. The survey result shows that we were able to improve even more compared to previous years.

The requirements of the Top Employers Institute are high. In order to pass the certification, an equally outstanding personnel management and personnel strategy are required. Franz & Wach answered this in particular with an exceptional level of employee orientation, as a result of which, following 2015 and 2016, we have now already been for the third time in a row the award as Top employer were awarded.

What's more, the test result from Franz & Wach this year showed further improvements and also makes us the single company with focus on temporary work in all of Germany that passed the certification. Words of appreciation therefore also came from Steffen Neefe, Country Manager of the Top Employers Institute: "Our detailed investigation revealed that Franz & Wach has created an outstanding employee environment and offers a wide range of creative initiatives."

For us, this is an honor because we continuously strive to improve our position as an employer. We know that we are on the right track. And this is precisely the path we will continue to follow.
