Springboard temporary employment - how it works

Branch manager Sebastian Weiß is proud to be able to support his two former colleagues on their way to practicing their profession.

Temporary employment forms an important bridge into the labor market. Many people who take up employment with us also hope to be taken on by a customer at some point. This is still true today, even though wages have been adjusted and the permanent employment contract is the rule at Franz & Wach. We respect this wish and unconditionally support the takeover by the customer. That's why we are always happy when things work out - like now with our employees Ms. Angelika Edner and Ms. Irina Vorobev, who have now been taken on as order pickers by our customer, an online retailer from the region.

Both colleagues have now been with us for a long time and have experienced both highs and lows. They have always been reliable and loyal to us and the company they work for. We would like to express our sincere thanks for the good, collegial cooperation and the work they have done. We wish them both good luck, success and health for the future and are pleased that we were able to accompany them on their journey.
