The renowned ENT physician Dr. Dieter Schwarz gave a lecture on the subject of corona to employees of the Franz & Wach company. It was also about tips on how to protect oneself from infections in the short and long term.
The Corona pandemic currently also has Germany in a stranglehold. Many people are asking themselves how they can best protect themselves. Many people are also concerned with the question of why such a virus spread can occur in such a way in the first place. The management of Franz & Wach had therefore invited the ENT physician and hormone specialist Dr. Dieter Schwarz from Mosbach was asked to answer these questions. The lecture took place in front of only 6 listeners in the large training room of Franz & Wach due to the distance regulations and regulations for group events. However, it was filmed by the videographer Hans-Martin Falk (MHM Photoart) and is now made available to all interested parties.
In his remarks, Dr. Schwarz first addressed the question, why such a pandemic in Europe, or in the western world could spread so quickly in the first place. This has something to do with the predisposition of people and the vulnerability of the immune system.
After that, the ENT doctor showed vhe different approaches of prevention and therapy on. In prevention, the defenses of our body play an important role. Thus, among other things, it is a matter of Mitochondriawhich are also described as small power plants of our cells. It is about the immense defense mechanism of our Intestinal florawhich, with a surface area of 800 square meters, is a huge defense organ - if it is intact.
Other important centers of defense, which Dr. Schwarz addressed in detail, included the Vagus nerve, which is also known as the resting nerve. This is important not only for inner balance and mental equilibrium, but also for well-being in physical terms, such as in tinitus healing.
