The future belongs to the trainees at Franz & Wach. On the one hand, this is due to the fact that they have started their careers in an industry of rapidly growing importance. On the other hand, it is also due to the fact that we have selected particularly motivated and committed young professionals, whom we also support with high-quality personnel development measures. For example, with the program Fit For Successwhich took place just a few days ago. This seminar, which lasts several days, focuses on the professional, but even more on the personal development of our young colleagues. The central component is the topic Communicationwhich was examined in numerous facets such as the presentation technique in lectures, the argumentation behavior in sales talks, the effect of body language, the rhetorical skills and much more.
For this purpose, we hired an experienced management trainer who passed on his many years of proven expertise to our trainees. We chose a renowned conference hotel as the venue, whose rural location deliberately provided the necessary distance from the day-to-day work of the urban branches. This was also crucial for developing a sense of togetherness among all participants, who enjoyed spending the evening together at the end of the seminar days and were enthusiastic about the event. "This was really a first-class team-building measure. After a short time, we all realized how similar our interests and professional goals are and that we can simply achieve them better together," reports Julien Reinecke, trainee as a Human Resources Services Manager in our Frankfurt Airport Branch.
