High performers will find a special kind of personnel development program at Franz & Wach: the Impulse Days

Nachwuchsführungskräfte bei einem Team-Event

In order to become one of the top 25 largest personnel service providers in just a few years, we are constantly preparing top performers from our own ranks for new challenges. To this end, we train specialists and executives with a multifaceted Personnel development program. One component of this is the long-term seminar series Impulse days. Participants meet regularly away from the workplace to attend training sessions and complete group tasks under professional guidance, but also to have fun together. The formation of a sense of unity and the development of one's own personality go hand in hand.

This was again the case just recently, when the topics of Leadership and Trust were in focus, because good leadership is simply not possible without trust. In other words: If you want to lead well, you first have to know how to earn trust. The aim is always for the participants to take the wealth of experience gained from the theoretical and practical blocks back to their everyday working lives and in turn help a large number of colleagues. The chances are more than high, because the Potenzialträger concluded again an enthusiastic summary of the impulse days, as it On-Site manager Alexander-Benjamin Conrad on the point brings. "They were great and eventful days. Colleagues became friends. Simply great!"

The Career website from Franz & Wach shows you even more examples from our Human Resources Development. At this point we would also like to introduce the website of the trainers of Polei Coaching recommend who will accompany us during the impulse days.
