To this end, we train specialists and executives with a multifaceted Personnel development program. One component of this is the long-term seminar series Impulse days. Participants meet regularly away from the workplace to attend training sessions and complete group tasks under professional guidance, but also to have fun together. The formation of a sense of unity and the development of one's own personality go hand in hand.
This was again the case just recently, when the topics of Leadership and Trust were in focus, because good leadership is simply not possible without trust.
