The certification company ICG once again confirms that high quality standards at Franz & Wach are more than just a philosophy, but are lived by all employees.
Employees are pleased about the successful certification of the Quality management
Quality is multi-faceted, but one thing it most certainly is not is coincidence. Since 2009, Franz & Wach has therefore already had a Quality management According to the standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. This describes the corporate processes and specifies them for all employees. We have the actual implementation checked annually by the International Certification Group (ICG) review, which includes both the Branches, as well as the central departments of Franz & Wach were audited. As in previous years, we again completed this examination with great success.
Of course, this only fulfills part of our self-imposed quality standards, which we want to prove to our colleagues, applicants and customers every day. That is why each and every one of our employees shares responsibility for quality. Our employees are aware of this and therefore not only follow our quality management, but also live it even.
