Risikomanagement: Zahlungsfähigkeit online überprüfen
The logo of the Payment Security Institute

Do you know the term Subsidiary liability? It describes a liability principle that can be very expensive for employers, because if a contracted staffing agency becomes insolvent, the client company will be asked to pay - for all social security contributions of the temporary workers employed by it.

Don't let this scenario even come close and therefore rely on a personnel service provider that is "fluid". The customers of Franz & Wach know what they have in us, because we have earned the trust placed in us through years of successful cooperation and have duly and regularly paid all corresponding contributions. Nevertheless, we go one step further and let ourselves be additionally insured by the Institute for Payment Security (IZS)check. IZS posts the results on the Internet, creating the crucial transparency that sets us apart from the crowd.

You would like to convince yourself of our solvency, for example with regard to the Clearance certificates of the health insurance companies? We will be happy to set up the corresponding online access for you and this is of course free of charge. Simply write a E-mailOur Key Account Management department will then contact you.
