With the action "24 Christmas miracles for the region" give the initiators of Man First provides a platform for companies that make a social commitment or a generous donation to charitable organizations during the Christmas season. The project is supported by the Crailsheim City Marketing Association, from the local newspaper Hohenloher Tagblatt as well as from the radio station Radio Ton.
Franz & Wach already participated in the first edition last year, with a donation in favor of refugee integration at the Albert-Schweitzer-Gymnasium Crailsheim (see below). This year we have chosen the Heilbronn-Franconia Reconstruction Guild as a partner and donation recipient. Specifically, the donation of 1,200 euros will support single parents with severely disabled children who are currently undergoing vocational training. Vocational training is important and gives people prospects for the future. Due to the family situation, single parents can often only do vocational training part-time. Fortunately, this has been possible for several years. However, such training entails high ancillary costs, for example for examination fees or for the purchase of tools, which usually have to be acquired personally in the case of hairdressers and cooks, for example.
Aufbaugilde Heilbronn-Franken runs such a project at its Crailsheim site with several single parents in part-time vocational training. These people benefit directly from the Franz & Wach donation, as Division Manager Jana Schuh and Regional Manager Holger Fuhrmann explained on the occasion of the check presentation. The project and the activities of the Aufbaugilde have much in common with the work and corporate values of Franz & Wach. Both are concerned with supporting people in their development and offering them better prospects for the future. Therefore, according to Franz & Wach press spokesman Dr. Ralf Eisenbeiß, "we are very happy to be able to support with this donation a project partner that stands up for the same values as we do."
The action "24 Christmas miracles for the region"is also supported by many celebrities who have made video contributions on the social media Facebook and Instagram to promote the project. The celebrities include TV chef Ralf Zacherl and former national soccer player Guido Buchwald, as well as many other athletes, actors and artists.
