The Mensch First initiative includes Franz & Wach in its hero campaign and thus honors the company for its social commitment both within the company and in the region.
Sascha Ott is the initiator of the hero campaign. With this Man First draw attention to employers "where the focus is on people and where working is worthwhile and worth living for. The individual companies are presented by means of an employer portrait in video form, in which, in addition to the management, the employees naturally also have their say. In addition, each employer honored in this way is allowed to use a "hero mobile," a vehicle that is identified in the lower area of the body by the blue Mensch-First ring with logo. The upper area is then designed in the look and feel of the employer. Another distinctive feature of the Hero Mobile is an employee wearing a red Superman cape.
The role of the hero is played by an employee who started working at Franz & Wach 14 months ago as a production worker and initially worked in a Wholesale bakerysubsequently was employed by a manufacturer of Maultaschen. Here he was also recently taken on in a permanent position. This is a typical development that many of our temporary employees experience: You get to know one or more companies from the inside, feel comfortable, perform well and are eventually taken on by the customer as part of the permanent staff.
That Franz & Wach is not only as the only personnel service provider in the series "hero campaign" appears, but was also allowed to make the beginning of the employer portraits. Initiator Sascha Ott says: "Of course, every personnel service provider is all about people. But Franz & Wach can additionally be considered a figurehead of the industry. The company has received several awards as an employer because of its innovative management model and personnel concept. It is also regularly involved in social projects in Crailsheim and elsewhere."
