On the one hand, this allows me to fulfill my role as a mother, and on the other hand, this freedom motivates me additionally to carry out my demanding work as a division manager and trainer with enthusiasm and commitment.

Career

Nicole Eckhart-Kettner is a trained bank clerk. After 2 years of in-service training as a customer advisor and a total of 5 years working in banking, she was looking for a new challenge and switched to the personnel services industry as a personnel planner. Here she was significantly involved in the establishment and development of a new location and was eventually promoted to branch manager. Parallel to her work in the personnel services industry, she completed a degree in business administration (VWA) at the Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie in Stuttgart.

In 2001, she moved to an international group in the food retail sector and took the next step in her career to become an area manager. In 2011, Ms. Eckhart-Kettner then returned to the personnel services industry and joined Franz & Wach as a division manager for specialist recruitment. Today, at the Heilbronn branch, she is additionally entrusted with the supervision of trainees in the profession of personnel service clerks.
