In my role as Managing Director, I am responsible for managing the strategic direction and operational business. I ensure that our processes run smoothly and that our customers receive the best service using the latest technological solutions in personnel services. My job is to ensure that we are always one step ahead and provide our clients with innovative solutions that exceed their expectations.

The aim of modern HR services is to make the entire HR management process more efficient, transparent and effective. In contrast to traditional methods, modern HR services integrate innovative approaches and tools to meet the requirements of the dynamic labor market.

My vision for our company is to make the best use of technology to respond faster to customer requests, operate more reliably and provide unparalleled service to our customers and employees. I believe that the current challenges in the German labor market remain and force us to implement effective and efficient processes. This is the only way we can act quickly and cost-efficiently in turbulent times. Digital innovation will be the key, without losing the personal touch in our daily work. Strong personal relationships with clients and candidates remain at the heart of what we do. That is why we maintain a local presence and build strong bonds with our clients and employees. This is a priority and Franz & Wach has been doing this successfully for many years.
