Franz & Wach has joined the corporate network Family success factor which was approved at a high state level by the Federal Ministry of Family Affairs and promotes both information and exchange among the individual member companies. In the end, our focus is on the Focus on people and employees and for the latter, work and family are two very crucial areas of life that cannot be replaced by one another. Instead, the aim is to reconcile the two in the best possible way.

For example, Franz & Wach offers large parts of its workforce a particularly flexible working time arrangement which makes it easier to look after children and care for relatives. And where this is not possible due to fixed work schedules at customer companies, we coordinate in advance with our colleagues what requirements their family life entails and with which customer assignment we can best accommodate this.
