Four trainees start their careers at Franz & Wach this year

This fall, another four young trainees have received a Training started at Franz & Wach. The prospective Human Resource Services Clerks started their careers with an intensive and equally instructive seminar block, during which they got to know the theoretical basics of their work and, of course, also the company Franz & Wach. Following this, our young colleagues are now strengthening their teams in the Branches.

In total, we even teach 14 Trainees and a student of the dual study program the know-how to mature into the specialists and managers of tomorrow. The chances of taking the next career step and the one after that at Franz & Wach are extremely high, because we often recruit employees from our own ranks so that we can tackle even greater challenges together. To prepare them, we support them among other things by means of specially adapted and very high-quality Personnel development measures.
