Zeitarbeit im Aufwärtstrend
The order situation is good. More and more companies are turning to temporary staffing.

The temporary staffing market in Germany has seen significant growth in recent years. Growth spurt. According to the official figures of the Federal Employment Agencywhich extend to the summer of 2015, around 960,000 people were employed as temporary workers at mid-year. Two years earlier, the figure was around 100,000 fewer. Temporary workers accounted for 2.7 percent of all employees in Germany.

The growth is based not least on the significant Increase in full-time positions in the temporary staffing industry of ten percent since June 2013, while this figure is only three percent when all employees in Germany are taken into account. A full 78 percent of all temporary jobs are now full-time jobs, while this figure is significantly lower for all jobs in Germany at 63 percent.

The warehousing industry offers the most job opportunities for temporary workers, followed by metalworking, mechanical engineering and office work. Franz & Wach is also active for you in all these and many other fields of activity and can of course find you a job there.
