Franz & Wach among the 30 largest in the industry

Statistik zum Zeitarbeitsmarkt in Deutschland

In July, the German Federal Employment Agency reported growing employment in temporary staffing. Now, a London-based institute is forecasting continued growth in Germany in terms of market volume as well. Among German market participants, Franz & Wach is one of the most successful companies in recent years.

The scientists of the Staffing Industry Analysts (London) monitor the recruitment market worldwide. They regularly issue reports for individual countries and compare the national situation with the European and global situation. In the latest study on the development of the recruitment market in Germany, the researchers report market growth from 2015 to 2016 of 6 percent to 25.1 billion euros. For next year, they forecast further growth of another 7 percent.

For Andreas Nusko, Managing Director of Franz & Wach Personalservice GmbH However, these figures are No surprise: "Employment in temporary work is growing in parallel with the total number of employees in Germany. In contrast, the share of temporary employment in total employment remains the same. The increase in market volume reflects not only the higher number of employees, but also the rise in prices in temporary work, which in turn was caused primarily by higher wages."
