Your future as a personnel consultant

  • You recruit and lead your external colleagues and plan the work assignments.
  • The acquisition of new customers is just as much the focus of your area of responsibility as the support of existing customers.
  • To do this, you will create and calculate appropriate offers for your contract negotiations with prospects and customers.
  • In addition, you will naturally be the contact person for all matters relating to personnel services and will maintain good relations with applicants, employees, interested parties and customers alike.
