The Franz & Wach trainee program lasts approx. 7 months and from day 1 you will receive a full salary. During the program, you will receive comprehensive training in all relevant topics of modern personnel services. You will get to know all areas of responsibility at Franz & Wach at different locations and will have the opportunity to show what you are made of in a defined project.

In addition, an experienced manager is available to you as a personal mentor to the side. This is how your career begins under optimal conditions!
