Outsourcing

If a company is faced with an unusually large need for personnel, e.g. a plant expansion or the opening of a new production site, this results in a temporary need to reinforce its own HR department.

Franz & Wach can provide this temporary reinforcement - in various ways. Together with the client, it is defined whether Franz & Wach will take over the entire process - from interviews to candidate selection, consultation with the specialist departments and conclusion of the contract to the organization of the first working day - or only parts of it. The individual needs of the client are the focus here. 

Contracts for work and services are not a new personnel service, but since the introduction of industry surcharge rates and the subsequent increase in the cost of temporary work, they have once again experienced stronger demand.

In principle, almost all steps of production or logistics can be outsourced to a service provider. From payroll accounting and applicant management to company pension schemes and complete seminar administration, HR service providers take on tasks and the associated processes. In advance, the processes to be mapped are analyzed and tailored to the customer.
