As I decided to change my studies at short notice, I needed a job relatively quickly to bridge the gap. I then came across Franz und Wach and was able to start in a company within a few days. The employee, Ms. Danner, asked me at every interview whether I was getting on well with the work and the staff. When it came to unannounced overtime, Franz and Wach intervened immediately. And when short-time working was imminent due to the corona pandemic, Ms. Danner took care of it all by herself so that I could plan my remaining vacation as sensibly as possible in order to receive a full salary for as long as possible.

She was always friendly and open to my problems. If I ever need an unscheduled job again, I will definitely contact Franz and Wach again. And above all, I can highly recommend Ms. Danner! :)
