Career

Before joining Franz & Wach, Milan Pala-Emmerich worked for several years in the international 5-star hotel industry on land and at sea. He was involved in the opening of various renowned hotels and other projects. Thereby strategic thinking as well as operative acting played a major role. He was responsible for the conception, quality assurance and optimization of the F&B area.

Throughout his professional career, he has continuously educated himself, attended trainings and courses. Among other things, he completed a correspondence course in hotel management. He first joined Franz & Wach as a trainee, then gained experience in a major project and is now working for us throughout Germany as Operations Manager Projects.
