Denise Ansorge

I came to Franz & Wach in October 2010 with big goals and my desire for personal development opportunities was immediately met. After gaining some experience as a clerk at a branch, I was able to take an IHK certificate course "Personnel Dispatcher for Temporary Employment". 

I enthusiastically immersed myself in the subject matter and finally thanked them for their trust in me by graduating with a grade of 1.6.

After the training course, I was then promoted to team assistant, where I planned the assignments of our temporary employees at various customers. After an internal restructuring, I got the chance to move to the payroll department of the group of companies and further expand my wealth of experience. 

I really enjoy being part of a great team! I also find the cross-branch team spirit at Franz & Wach impressive and nice - people help each other, even if you only know some colleagues over the phone.

My tip for applicants

Working at Franz & Wach is great for people who not only want to help others, but also develop themselves. If that's what you want from your next job, then it's definitely worth applying here. 

Career

Denise Ansorge joined Franz & Wach in October 2010 as an office administrator and initially started as a clerk in the administration of a branch. After a further training course at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, she was appointed team assistant in January 2013 and then moved to the payroll department of F&W Holding.
