In her new position as a Key Account Management Officer, she is Jasmin Noebel now jointly responsible for several of Franz & Wach's most important customers. For her, the reason for taking on such a challenge right at the start is the excellent support she received during her training. "My colleagues met me at eye level from day one and there was always a great team feeling. Under such conditions, you quickly grow into the company and don't shy away from new tasks."
The fact that nothing is more constant than change has been Katharina Rupp a life motto in the last few years. After all, flexibility and adaptability are the hallmarks of Franz & Wach as a personnel service provider, and Katharina has learned to appreciate precisely that, since every employee has the chance to grow along with them. "I have learned to also maintain composure in the midst of all this dynamism that we encounter every day. This key insight comes in handy with the dual degree program I'm continuing with at Franz & Wach."
Also Stefan Schwartl is continuing his career as a dual student with us, because it has always been important to him not only to do his job well, but also to understand all the background. "The multi-faceted nature of the HR service is already enormous. I've really learned a lot in the last few years and I'm already looking forward to what's to come."
