On August 1, Franz & Wach also moves into the German capital. At the insistence of a long-standing major customer, a branch is now being opened in Berlin opened. In the run-up, the project group responsible for expansions carefully sounded out the market in Berlin. Additional customers were acquired and interviews held. Now the team can get off to a flying start at the new location.

The branches of other Franz & Wach customers in the Berlin area also ensure that the new start will not be a cold start. These were immediately willing to involve the Franz & Wach Berlin branch in the future personnel search. The company had already gained experience with the local labor market in the past, when it temporarily maintained a branch office in Berlin. This was then abandoned again for organizational reasons. "Today, however, we have a new corporate structure and are therefore convinced that the new branch will operate successfully and represent the philosophy of Franz & Wach in a worthy manner" says Managing Director Andreas Nusko.

So in the future, the Franz & Wach motto "We get to work"because, as is well known, there is no shortage of the latter in the German capital.
