The aspiration to make good things better and better is firmly anchored in our corporate philosophy. As early as 2008, Head of Marketing Dr. Ralf Eisenbeiß established a Quality management at Franz & Wach, which has been seamlessly audited and certified by independent institutes for these eight years. With the handover of the office to Daniel Übele, who as Operations Manager works intensively with all branches on a daily basis, the fulfillment of this quality thinking in the company will continue. In addition to the renewed certification, the conversion to the new standard is also planned for this year. ISO 9001:2015 on the agenda.
This involves far more than just adhering to standardized processes, because, as always, the focus at Franz & Wach is on people and employees. Each of our colleagues has the opportunity, own improvement suggestionsand to be rewarded for it. In this way, a common growth takes place, in which everyone equally participates and contributes.
Generally speaking, quality is by definition a property. Viewed specifically, it is now a property of Franz & Wach itself.
