The Lieken AG is one of the most important producers of baked goods in the whole of Germany. And it is a major customer of Franz & Wach, because we work for Lieken at several locations. Among others also in Crailsheimwhere we recently had the opportunity to accompany our branch colleagues in their daily work. With the camera.
In the resulting film, plant manager Manfred Werner describes why he chose Franz & Wach as the Master Vendorfamiliar, because after all the coordination of the personnel service providers involved there is associated with great responsibility to ensure smooth work processes. At the same time, it is a matter of both covering personnel peaks at short notice and recruiting employees for permanent employment, which we reliably fulfill for our customer and which therefore qualifies us as a partner.
