On the road to success, the personnel services provider is heading for the future
Good work pays off. The year 2015 has again impressively proven this, as we were able to exceed the sales of the entire previous year this time already in October. A Key factor of this development represents our growing importance as a strategic personnel partner for our customers.
The appointment of Franz & Wach as the Master Vendor at MDC Power in Kölleda is certainly one of the most fitting examples of the current year. There, we took over responsibility for around 300 employees back at the beginning of the year and are still successfully operating as the main supplier for our customer. In addition, there were numerous other personnel requirements from genuine global players at several locations, which enabled job offers in the triple-digit range.
As a result of the new and existing key customers for whom we have already been active as a personnel service provider for many years, in addition to long-term assignments still hundreds of Seasonal jobs added, especially during the summer period and in the run-up to the Christmas business. The fact that we are a master vendor in many cases gives employees particularly good opportunities for temporary assignments there.
