There are universal rules of success that apply equally to even such diverse fields as business and mountaineering. The first rule is that the way to the top involves diligence. The second is that the air to the top gets thinner and thinner. At Franz & Wach, we can confirm both, as our goal is to climb into the top 25 of the largest staffing firms in the near future. While we have already mastered a large part of this route, it is now a matter of weighing up which route we want to take to tackle the final and therefore particularly challenging passage to the summit.
One building block for this was our kick-off meeting for the future sales strategy. For this purpose, our Key Account Management department, the area managers, the account managers and, of course, the management gathered in Untertauern, Austria. After all, the third rule of success is that you move faster as a team, and networking has always been a hallmark of Franz & Wach. In this way, one builds on the knowledge of the other and a rope team forms that ensures joint progress. Last but not least, a meeting place far away from the daily business routine opens up the possibility of the necessary distance to fully concentrate on this one thing.
But let's get back to the headline, because a fourth rule is still missing. What do toboggans have to do with success? Well, quite simply because the toboggan run at the end of the day helped the participants to clear their heads and have fun in shifts. We hold fast: If you want to persevere, you have to take a break now and then. As our colleagues confirm, the adrenaline from the tobogganing served its purpose.
