With the Max Wiegand glassware factory We have enjoyed a long and successful working relationship with the company. Therefore, it was a special honor for us to shoot a joint image video at our customer's plant in Crailsheim. Both for Max Wiegand and for Franz & Wach, long-term partnerships with the respective customers have a high priority. At the same time, there are often short-term peaks in orders. In both cases our Crailsheim Branch working for Max Wiegand to provide our customers with the best possible support for smooth work processes.

The company owner Jörg Schüler reports that Franz & Wach also finds suitable employees for his company at short notice. This leads not least to good Takeover opportunities of our colleagues into employment at Max Wiegand. For example, an employee who found employment at the plant eight years ago thanks to us is now a member of the permanent workforce. Progressive entrepreneurs have long been aware of the importance of recruitment. Today, this is more important than ever, which is why we look forward to many more years of successful partnership.
