It is no longer enough to offer a secure job or a good salary to attract and retain skilled workers. Employees want to be treated fairly on the job. It's about Equal opportunities, transparent communication and a personal contact with each other. Also the right Error culture and the exemplary Behavior of managers play an important role in ensuring that employees feel they are treated fairly.
Focus magazine has now tapped the 10,000 largest employers in Germany for indications of a corporate culture of fairness. The study was accompanied scientifically by Prof. Dr. Werner Sarges from the Institute for Management Diagnostics in Hamburg. The study paid close attention to how companies are reported on in the social media. To this end, the posts were analyzed and evaluated according to tone and content. Among the companies that have now been awarded the Highest fairness on the job" seal awards, Franz & Wach ranks as the industry winner among personnel service providers.
For many years, a negative image was attached to the industry, which did not seem to be in line with the concept of fairness. This has changed in recent years. "It is not only rising wages and forward-looking collective agreements that have brought this about, but also a personal, caring approach to employees," describes Managing Director Andreas Nusko the situation. "Collegiality is a fundamental principle at Franz & Wach. We see our temporary employees as colleagues at eye level. After all, we know full well that we depend on each other." The company sees the Intensive support for temporary employees as an important success factor for a prosperous cooperation, which sometimes also has to endure the change of an operating company. A concept that obviously gives an edge in the competition for labor.
This excellent corporate culture is based in particular on the Corporate values of Franz & Wach Personalservicethat place orientation to employee and customer needs at the heart of everything they do. Would you like to learn more? How about taking a look at the Franz & Wach career page?
