Employees also have their say in the employer portrait of Franz & Wach

Man First reports in the "Hero Campaign" about good deeds and about employers who can serve as role models. The first in this series is Franz & Wach. This week, the video recording for the employer portrait took place at the headquarters of the personnel service provider.

Employers are many. Some are better, some less so. Many are committed to their employees. Others are also socially committed. Man First wants to be with his Hero Campaign draw attention to those employers who both go the extra mile for their employees and are committed to social projects.

A fleet of vehicles is intended to draw attention to these model employers: The hero mobiles. All award-winning employers will move and use at least one of these Hero Mobiles. On the vehicles themselves you will then also find a QR code, which you can then use to access the Employer portrait in video format comes.

The first employer to appear in this series is the Personnel service provider Franz & Wach. The company not only offers numerous benefits for its employees. It also stands out time and again for its social commitment, such as its very recent support for the Virtual Runs of the Horaffenstadt Crailsheim

This week now took place the Filming took place at the Crailsheim headquarters of the personnel service provider. In it, a former employee reports how he found his new employer through Franz & Wach. A branch manager reports on the pleasure she derives from helping people find employment. The managing director of Franz & Wach presents the special SmartMatching-Franz & Wach's approach and reports on the special benefits offered to employees. And the press officer reports on the social engagement of the company. 

The film should be ready in a few weeks, and then Franz & Wach's Heldenmobil will also be driving through the streets of Crailsheim and the region. Keep your eyes open!
