The corona crisis has not left the personnel services sector unscathed. The downward trend in employment in temporary staffing since November 2017 has continued during the crisis.[1]. Franz & Wach, on the other hand, has come through the crisis well. "Once again, we were lucky that our customer structure is broad-based and that we are not so heavily dependent on the automotive industry or aviation," comments Managing Director Andreas Nusko the development. There had been individual cutbacks, e.g. when the assembly lines at a Bavarian car manufacturer in Munich came to a standstill for several weeks, but We were able to compensate for these order losses quite well by deployments in other sectors and companies.. In addition, in the past few months several new customers were gained. This prompted us to open additional business outlets. Thus was opened a branch in Mosbachin order to be able to tap the applicant market in the Neckar-Odenwald district even better. Franz & Wach showed a strong growth in the Hanseatic City of Bremenwhere, among other things, we fully staff the regional vaccination center. In order to be able to recruit even better, a second office was therefore opened in the west of the Hanseatic city. For the retail chain NKD we are since March as a Main supplier for the central logistics center in Bindlach (Bayreuth district). Franz und Wach has now moved into office space on the company premises there. Here, not only their own employees are supervised, but also the other service providers are controlled.
"We are very confident that we will be able to continue this successful trend in the coming months, especially as we are in a very good economic and organizational position and some of our industry competitors are just leaving the market."Nusko is confident and alludes to the Corona wave of insolvencies, which also swept away some companies in the personnel services sector. Employees have already been taken over from competitors at several locations in order to protect them from unemployment and customers from financial risks.
