Next round for our training event Fit For Success. With a horse farm as the location and the motto "grasp through experience", the fun was pre-programmed.

It never gets boring at Franz & Wach, which of course also applies to Trainee who find excellent prospects with us. On the one hand, this crystallizes in the day-to-day work of a growing and constantly changing company. But it is just as evident in our series of events Fit For SuccessOur trainees meet for a multi-day event consisting of seminars and group games. The aim is the personal development of our junior staff and the formation of a strong sense of unity. This works best when people have fun together, and that's exactly what the concept is designed to do.

True to the motto Comprehension through experience After each seminar, it is therefore important to find a practical method that brings the subject matter not only into the heads, but also into the hearts of the participants. Here's an example: In order to develop a feeling for nonverbal communication, our trainees were given the task of directing a horse. Our four-legged friends, however, were completely uninterested in verbal instructions, and they were certainly not willing to be forced, because 600 kilos always win in case of doubt. The only possibility was to feel those body movements which the horse is used to, to get involved in the communication channel and then to use this ability quite consciously. Of course, there were many other group activities on the program and the participants had well deserved dinner together. At the end of the day, everyone was exhausted and in high spirits. There is no better way to end a day.

"Hearing or reading something is one thing. It's when you try something out for yourself and experience the "aha" effect that you really internalize it," concludes participant Erika Faltinova, who is training with us to become a personnel services clerk. Everyone was enthusiastic about the event, which lasted several days, and is already looking forward to the next meeting.
