The Heilbronn-Franken economic region GmbH is celebrating its 20th anniversary these days. Franz & Wach has been accompanying the development of the region as a personnel service provider for just as long.

In 1998, when the Heilbronn-Franken GmbH economic region was launched, Franz & Wach also came to the region with its first branches. As a pioneer in personnel services, Gerhard Wach brought temporary employment to Crailsheim, Schwäbisch Hall and Öhringen, and later also to Heilbronn, Künzelsau and Bad Mergentheim. Since then, a lot has happened in the region, but also in temporary employment. This has changed several times under the influence of different federal governments and especially due to the economic development in Germany. Today, temporary staffing is the industry with the highest collective bargaining coverage in Germany and, as a service provider for export-oriented industry, makes an immense contribution to economic growth.

In these 20 years, Franz & Wach has developed from a regional supplier to a nationwide service provider headquartered in Crailsheim. Today, it is one of the 30 largest companies in the industry.

The Franz & Wach mission statement is: "We enable people and companies to develop."
