Continued high demand in the automotive industry is driving recruitment efforts in Hohenlohe and southern Thuringia.

Ad motif of the #getriebe campaign for the Neuenstein site

Typically, many temporary staffing assignments end at the end of the calendar year due to the strong pre-Christmas consumption period and the resulting strong demand for personnel in the retail, logistics and related industries.

One opposing trend Franz & Wach notes at the turn of the year 2017/2018 with its customers from the automotive industry. Here, the order books are obviously still well filled, because the demand for personnel continues to be very good.

For this reason, we have developed around the Neuenstein locations (Hohenlohe) and Kölleda (southern Thuringia) launched personnel marketing campaigns. Cross-media campaigns to find applicants are currently running under the two hashtags #motorenbau and #getriebe.

Both companies are well-known names in the automotive industry. The conditions offered are also extremely good. With hourly wages of €16.33 in Neuenstein and €13.77 in Kölleda for simple production activities the pay is in the upper range in the respective regional comparison of similar activities.

In both cases, Franz & Wach works with the assignment companies on a long-term basis, preselects the incoming applications and performs the onboarding for the hired employees.

Responsible for the Application acceptance and contact person for possible questions are the Schwäbisch Hall branch (for the customer in Neuenstein) and the on-site management in Kölleda.
