Franz & Wach was nominated for the "Großer Preis des Mittelstandes" and reached the second selection stage at the first attempt. The award winners will be announced in September.

The Oskar Patzelt Foundation draws with the "Grand Prix of Medium-Sized Businesses" annual outstanding performance of medium-sized companies out. This year, Franz & Wach Personalservice GmbH was nominated for the first time and immediately made it to the second level, the so-called jury list.

For this price, which is often also called Medium-Sized Oscar is designated, you cannot apply yourself, but must be nominated. A total of 4,674 companies were nominated this year. They were all reviewed by the Oskar Patzelt Foundation, but only 667 made it to the second stage, the so-called jury list. Among them was the personnel service provider Franz & Wach with its unusual leadership concept based on trust and empowerment.

The award is based on the one hand on the overall development of the company, but also on the Role that the company plays in society. In the further course of the competition, the jury requires the nominated companies to provide qualified evidence of outstanding performance in the categories of overall development, job creation and safeguarding, innovation and modernization, commitment to the region, and service and customer proximity. Franz & Wach Personalservice GmbH was able to convince in all five areas.

"We were already delighted to be nominated for this highly prestigious business award. The fact that we have now also reached the jury stage in the very first year of participation naturally fills us with pride"., says Andreas Nusko, Managing Director at Franz & Wach. The jury, which is made up of numerous experts, will decide on finalists, award winners and special award winners by July. The selected companies will then be publicly honored in September. Until then, the results will remain under lock and key.
