The hero depicted on the vehicle is Dishan Dewamullage from Sri Lanka, who started working for Franz & Wach 14 months ago as a temporary employee. Dewamullage also has his say in the employer portrait, as do several other employees of the personnel service provider. For Sascha Ott, starting the series with a personnel service provider is an obvious choice: "In this industry, everything revolves around people, and Franz & Wach is an employer that can be considered a flagship in the industry.
