The hero depicted on the vehicle is Dishan Dewamullage from Sri Lanka, who started working for Franz & Wach 14 months ago as a temporary employee. A few weeks ago, he was taken on by his assignment company, the Citizens Ltd into a permanent position. Dewamullage also has his say in the employer portrait, as do several other employees of the personnel service provider. For Sascha Ott, starting the series with a personnel service provider is an obvious choice: "In this industry, everything revolves around people, and Franz & Wach is an employer that can be considered a flagship in the industry. The company has received several awards as an employer because of its innovative management model and personnel concept. It is also regularly involved in social projects in Crailsheim and elsewhere."
