The award recognizes the reliable service we have been providing for years to the companies of the QESAR industrial cooperation.
Increasing internationalization and digitalization pose special challenges for the industry. The medium-sized machine and plant manufacturers AZO Group, Bystronic Lenhardt, Hörauf, Illig, Rommelag Engineering, the Optima Group and Schubert Verpackungsmaschinen have therefore decided to enter into strategic cooperation. This includes selecting high-performance, trustworthy suppliers and establishing long-term cooperations. The declared aim is to share knowledge and bundle know-how between partners and between partners and suppliers.
Projects for management, purchasing, design, marketing and production are managed in the network. Excellent suppliers are preferred for the individual areas. The partners benefit from advantageous framework conditions and the tested performance of the suppliers. The latter, on the other hand, enjoy the exclusivity of the small supplier pool.
Franz & Wach Personalservice GmbH offers the services of employee leasing and personnel placement in this network. We assure the partners a special status in support and recruitment. At the same time, the exclusivity in this network enables us to bring our employees to well-known machine and plant manufacturers.
