In the first 25 years of its existence, the company Franz & Wach Personalservice GmbH grew purely organically. Company founder Gerhard Wach had founded the company first in Heilbronn-Franconia made into a regional player and then made individual branches also in other federal states opened. On November 1 of last year, the owner sold the company to Jobandtalent GmbH, based in Berlin. The Franz & Wach brand continues and the company is still based in Crailsheim. Now Franz & Wach is expanding further and opening new branches in Neu-Isenburg and Verden/Aller. It also acquires three branches from competitors in Mainz, Cologne and Euskirchen.
In addition, the company is setting up further structures to improve recruitment. A new team is looking specifically after the Recruitment of employees in Eastern Europe, especialy in Romania, Hungary, Poland and the Ukraine. Also newly established was a flexible project management task force which is deployed nationwide: "More and more frequently, we receive large orders that require a hundred or more employees to be deployed within a very short period of time. Often, a new program for managing temporary staff is to be introduced at the same time. To be even better equipped for this, we have created these new teams, which are already working at full capacity," explains Managing Director Andreas Nusko.
To ensure that the flow of applicants continues despite the shortage of labor, Franz & Wach has recently started to use Spanish data analystswho support the Crailsheim marketing team. "We only started the cooperation a few weeks ago and jointly developed campaigns for social networks. But the results are already so good that we're seeing a striking increase in applications at many sites," says a delighted Marketing Director Dr. Ralf Eisenbeißwhose team is currently also being expanded.
