These investigations usually take place without the knowledge of the companies, so that the news about the award arrives unexpectedly. Franz & Wach, as a nationwide provider of temporary staffing and recruiting services, regularly comes under the scrutiny of scientists and is repeatedly honored. This was also the case in 2019.

To receive an award, a company not only had to be talked about frequently, but the comments also had to be clearly positive in mass. In the personnel services industry, the personnel services provider Franz & Wach achieved the third best value, although some competitors are significantly larger and have many more branches. More information on the research method is here to find.

The results were published in the February issue of the magazine Focus Business published.

How does the company itself feel about these awards? "We gladly take note of them and are pleased with every award," explains Andreas Nusko, Managing Director of Franz & Wach Personalservice GmbH. "Also for the coming year, we have already been announced some awards whose studies have just been completed. However, the most important feedback on our employer quality and service comes from our employees and customers. That's why a positive feedback culture is very important to us, and it's something we're happy to invest time and resources in."
